Jev Document Classifier

Paste document text, define the labels you care about, and get one typed category plus review signals.

Example · Vendor invoice

Choose an example

Document

Paste extracted text. Run the example, then replace it with your own.

452 / 8,000 serialized State characters · no truncation

Text is sent through this site’s server to its configured Jev provider. Remove secrets and private information before running.

Suggestions only · no file upload or document changes.

Categories

Define 2–8 labels and what each means.

Other · always included

None of the configured categories clearly fits this document.

Advanced

These are Jev Playground’s local demo thresholds, not TypeSafe recommendations or validated production policy. Display only · no new request. Suspicious content takes precedence; confidentiality does not change the status.

Implementation

One same-origin request, three questions. Categories are judgments; any subsequent action belongs to separate application code.

Why use a review gate?

A typed category alone is not enough for automated routing. Your application’s policy should send low-probability or low-confidence suggestions for review before acting. This workbench shows that decision without moving a document.

Limits & privacy

Document text is sent through this site’s server to its configured Jev provider. Remove secrets and private text before running. This workbench keeps inputs and results only in page memory; it does not store a document or file. See the Privacy Policy for server and provider processing boundaries.

There is no file upload, OCR, PDF extraction, folder access, Drive connection, or document modification. Scanned PDFs must be converted to text elsewhere. The complete serialized State must fit 8,000 characters; text is never silently truncated.

Probabilities are not guarantees. The prompt-injection signal is a judgment, not a security guarantee. Thresholds are local demo policy and need validation for any real application. This new scenario has not received real-model semantic validation here.

Sources

TypeSafe documents Choice, Confidence, Noul, and State. Choice distributions and provider confidence are separate signals. A Noul returns a Yes probability without separate confidence.
